tvman is vicious and unnerving. (have you tried dropping the acid in the second stage?)
i think it came up in a discussion about metroid 2: how the size of the player's avatar and the relative smallness of the visible area around her contributes to the player's sense of unease and vulnerability. tvman is a tile-based game that only allows you to see a 5x7 space area around you at any given time.
