someone splain me.

it's an hp psc 1315 printer/scanner/copier combo and it refuses to print anything. except for "test sheets", one of which it will belt out whenever i turn it on. i've tried unplugging it, unplugging the usb, "aligning the printer heads", adding more paper. i opened up the printer in my control panel and a print "task" from a few weeks ago is sitting at the top of the queue, refusing to budge even though i've cancelled it. it just says "deleting - printing" and never disappears.

this is really annoying. i might be walking from union square down to a place off of east houston tonight, and i would really really really not mind a printed map in my pocket.

1) it's an hp.

i have a personal beef with that company.

anyway, have you removed the printer and its drivers and reinstalled it yet? that would be my first choice.

Yeah, I have moved away from HP... but that said, this sounds like a drivers issue (or possibly a bad cord).
