I've noticed that nintendo ds games have a color coded stripe on the side in different colours, Green has things like Nintendogs, rain Age, Pheonix Wright (which except for the dog game are all kind of puzzles), Project Rub is Yellow though and Space Invaders revolution is Red.
Anyone know what these stand for?

Must be a Europe-only thing. I have no idea what you're talking about, but my guess would be first party vs third party maybe? SNES games had a little red or purple stripe on the top to indicate that.

Agreed, there aren't any colored stripes on any of my games (even the Japanese ones).

I thought maybe this thread might be about the trick to see which firmware you have.
