Now's your chance, but you'll have to get in line behind Lowtax and the others.

why would you want to fuel his media circus, though?

he intentionally makes bad movies because the less they make the more he keeps, and then he goes and performs stunts like this to get critics angry, to pan his movies, so less people attend.

every time someone covers that stupid spectacle uwe boll makes a little more money.

what's with the tone, anyway? are you trying to sell us something?

I know it's just buying into Barnum's idea about publicity, but there is something incredibly satisfying about the thought of Lowtax beating Boll to an ugly, insipid pulp.

True story: My girlfriend's sister is going to be on Survivor this fall. Before she went on the show she was a 'foxy boxer' (I hope that means what I think it means) out in L.A. I normally wouldn't have replied to this, but I'm really excited that she's on Survivor.

foxy boxing - two "foxy" women hitting each other with oversized boxing gloves.

not to be confused with women who box competively.

When is the last time you've heard a woman being called "foxy"?

So I heard that on the next Survivor the teams will be divided up by race. I'm not sure how valid that information is because it came from my mom, but it's interesting nonetheless.

It's quite true. Give your mom some credit! I guess I will have to cheer for the white team. My girlfriend thinks it will be tastefully done. I hope she's right. Anyway, everybody clear your schedules for Thursday, Sept. 14th at 8pm for a kind of glimpse at part of my life. It's only the second degree of separation if we look at it Baconically!

It sounds ridiculous. And exciting. I might have to start watching TV again...

I wonder what will happen when it's time to merge the tribes...

Mine, thankfully. She's great. And if she'd rather take the optimistically practical stance that CBS won't play it out too badly, that's cool. I still have my concerns, but for now I'm just going to hope along with her.

And if any of you happen to be in Athens on Thursday nights, you're invited to the viewing parties. Lestrade, if you manage to Futurama-tube yourself down from Canada, we can play Perfect Beer together afterwards.

Actually, I think this might be the one thing that makes me watch television again, just to see if it's as much of a train wreck as it sounds. I hope helicopterp's girlfriend's right about it being tastefully done, though.

I hope she's wrong. Oh god, I hope she's wrong.

Also: The only shows I watch are Scrubs and The O.C.

The MySpace group's the closest we'll ever get to that. You can find out ridiculous facts about all 7 or 8 forumers that are members of that (myself included) that you didn't even know you wanted to know!

dhex you should watch Densha Otoko. Okay maybe not, but it has hours of people typing.

I hope if there's an asian team, they have to build a railroad while doing math problems and eating rice!

Wouldn't it be "NO QUARTER"? More extreme, and all.
