Mario RPG is one that I'm kinda angry that I forgot before.

Also, why is this of interest to you dessgeega? Are you just trying to see how many games there are, or is there some ulterior motive? Personally, I think it's pretty amazing that all of these people can remember rainstorms in games. It's certainly not the main focal point for most of these games.

Final Fantasy Tactics, if no one's mentioned it already.
Pretty much all of the Breath of Fire series has at least a few rain scenes.

Mega Man series... it's kind of displaced, quite a few of the X series have rain, some of the original series do; they use it for the same purpose as Ghosts N' Goblins usually.

It really is strange... I seem to really like most of these games. Seems like a strange coincidence though. Something cinematic about rain in games perhaps? Did Earthbound have rain? Can't remember; I know it had weather effects, but I'm not sure if rain was one of them.
