Why PS3 is better than the Wii and the 360.

Based on the Richard Adams novel of the same name, the 1982 animated film The Plague Dogs.

Along with Burl Ives. Unfortunately I don't think there's any footage of him assaulting a heckler. Usually I wouldn't condone attacking your audience; however, if you're heckling somebody at a folk festival, you're kind of asking for it.

James Burke is the shizzat (video has been minorly edited from the original, although the changes are minimal and actually kind of appropriate for once).

Thinking about picking up the Connections DVD set, even if it's ridiculously expensive.

A clip from Biffovision, a short pilot episode written by Mr Biffo and Mr Hairs.

The payoff only comes at the end. Stick with it.

Modest Mouse' Dashboard

I really don't care for Modest Mouse, but this song is okay, and the video full of Lovecraftian laughs.

EDIT: Theme song for the upcoming Spider-Man 3 shitfest? No surprises there. Best part is Chester trying hard to look like Lou Reed meets Bono and material directly stolen from NIN's live video montages.

For years I thought that if I actually went to Japan they'd skewer me on a stick at the customs gate at Narita for being Korean and trying to enter the country. I later found out it was just overzealous shits like this who I had listened to.

It's an eyetoy?

It looks really uncomfortable for extended use. Of course that's what they said about the wii.

it's the idea of the eye toy but advanced a few levels and given a practical use. I've never actually used an eyetoy, but this looks to be a lot more precise if nothing else. But assume the camera isn't facing down but out from the monitor, and you can move your hand in front of it to move windows or something around. That's where this is going, I think.

It's different from the Wii though, since you don't have to hold anything. It's a bit like the difference between a traditional computer mouse where you have a ball sensing movement (in this case, the wii remote's accelerometers) versus an optical mouse where a camera detects changes in the surface below the mouse by track differences in images over time.

OMG, Mike Patton as The Darkness. Someone remind me what the last game these guys made was? I remember being a bit shocked and then instantly wanted to play it after I found out who was behind it, but now, for the life of me, I can't remember what that game was.

EDIT: Yeah, it was Riddick on the Xbox.

Which was brilliant.

I love the way Jackie quietly loads his shotgun through most of that scene. I wonder if they just lifted dialogue directly from the comic, or did get Garth Ennis to write it, because it definitely has his vibe.
