If we can trust Hudson (I'll never be able to after the whole Wonder Boy / Adventure Island scandal), it's time for all you indie dev pplz to put those Wiimote-to-PC hacks to good use.

I... thought that this has been known for some time?

I remember starting a thread about it at IC way before the wii was even out.

Yeah, this isn't so much news as it's bringing an old topic to life. This was talked about even before the launch of the system and hearing it brought back up is a little exciting.

I think we're only allowed to call it the WiiLA once it actually exists. Shouldn't any speculative Wii feature just be Wiiaboo?
