Other than that, I do like hardtype at the same time I don't at all. I still think BecauseVideogames is the best option with OneCoin as a backup. I won't visit HeyListen.com

Anyways, I propose that a new poll is started either tonight or tomorrow so that toups can have it registered so it can be up and useable by Friday.

What I plan on doing is starting a new thread without a poll in which I ask people to post voting AGAINST different ideas. I want a name that everyone is happy with, but this is still my decision to make. Knowing which ideas people hate or strongly dislike and why is much more important than knowing what each individual's favorite is.

Anyway my feelings about hardtype.com is that while it is a strong name, it definitely reinforces the "elitist weeaboo circlejerk" image that the forums have always suffered under. Aside from that I don't think it broadly enough represents the variety of posters we had at IC. This being said it's still a consideration and if I don't get any serious and strong complaints about it, I'll probably use it.

I think the strike against hardtype that you just mentioned is what a lot of people feel is its failing, so maybe we shouldn't use that one if your plan is to use one that everyone at least doesn't really not like.
