zuntata, if you don't know, are taito's sound team and probably my favorite band. look them up on youtube for footage of their 1997 and 1998 concerts - they've created the brooding scores that accompany the darius and ray series, metal black, and a bunch of other taito games.

one of these games is ninja warriors, an arcade title which originally ran on a three-screen-long monitor. the mega cd port of the game contains an amazing bonus feature, accessed by selected "zuntata" on the title menu: a seven-minute-long movie starring zuntata entitled, "ninja warriors: prologue".

"his final loveletter read, 'ztt.'"

in this short noir piece, an insurrectionist - played by hisayoshi "OGR" ogura - must decide the form the revolution will take. if you've played the ninja warriors, you know what he decided.

at a club, ogr witnesses the band - as themselves - play "daddy mark", the theme of ninja warriors. this arrangement of the song can be heard in-game by selecting the "arrange" soundtrack on the options screen.

i've recorded the video and uploaded it to my webspace - download it by clicking below!
and our live show will begin.

That video was kind of disapointing except for OGR
