I've been playing Oblivion lately, and I have to say that it does a lot of the things that I'd like to see a little more of in games. Especially compared to the more 'naughty' end of the spectrum. Ie. Unlike Bully it has personal property and characters that get p(ssed if you steal (break?) their stuff. It has guards that will fine you and / or put your character in prison. It has open-ended play that is still structured by the levelling system. The levelling system allows you to develop whatever skills, but you need to develop your core skills to level up. It has a form of crime-and-punishment system that encourages 'roleplaying'.

In other words, I'd like to see a Bully sequel developed by Bethesda. Where you could join each of the different factions (nerds, jocks etc) and where breaking things would bring punishment unless you managed to get away with it somehow.
