If you haven't messed around with Here Be Dragons, you should probably do that right now by clicking here. (And going to the creator's website here.)
Earlier I took this picture:
What happened was that when I rotated the nodes for the city, it looked like the dragon was slowly approaching a city gate, perhaps to storm in and kidnap the princess. I realized with a little work and maybe some photoshop talent, someone could create a photobook that told a short story. There are about a million sights to see in this toy that would probably never be generated by the computer. (Dragons storming a city maybe?) _________________

Oh yes, I've had my eyes on this project for a long time. It shows a lot of promise, but it's far from complete. If his ideas about language generation go anywhere I'd be very happy.
Anyway, as to your proposal. I can't help but feel the stark, ambiguous nature of the original game (...toy?) is more compelling without an added story layer. It doesn't go very far but it's good.

Simply that the computer will not generate a hundred dragons flying head-on into a city. Yes the randomly-generated game's very wonderful to play around in but I have an urge to create with this thing. Don't know exactly why. _________________

They're mostly collections of rotating triangles, and they're usually not arranged in the way you'd expect.

I agree with you. Actually it would be nice if there were just some level of interactivity. I feel like a ghost in it.[/url] _________________ | Little bird fighting against a bat sect game | |
