Not so much hilarious, or even related to google video, but I do love watching old episodes of computer chronicles - http://www.archive.org/details/computerchronicles. It has once again demanded my attention.

Do your thing, maestro.

Castle of Meat X is amazing. Satan would be so proud.

It is potentially not work-safe. There is some written cursing and a lot of screaming and violent toy sacrifice. Or. . . something.

The wonderful benefits of Prescription Medication.

It's really too bad I was looking for a movie that was titled after a song when I found this video.

Spoiled the surprise.

I love how it looks like he's tearing up.

His other videos are painful comedy gold too.

EDIT: Alessandro Bavari creates a short piece of out Einstürzende Neubauten's brilliant Headcleaner.

I stopped watching that halfway though.

If it was intended to be funny it just fails.

Ah, shapes, you're missing the best part.

And it's obviously meant to be funny and, yes, this type of thing has been done before a lot (for like the fifty years of the Cold War) and in a much funnier way. Still, if you opted out in the middle you missed the best parts.

I liked the vid's musical and video selections for what it's worth. Especially when they have the KKK guys appear and "I'm a real American" goes on. Or at the end, when they have a bunch of gun nuts showing of their shit while "retard bus" plays.

Here are all six episodes of The Day Today, the show that Chris Morris played a part of before making Brass Eye. I consider the latter more biting, but this is still one funny as Hell mini-series:

Episode 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Or as we would call it in England, a 'series'.

Daikatana is a game I've always wanted to play through mainly for its glorious trainwreck status- the reviews said a major part of what made it so broken was the buddy AI which was horrendously buggy. Going by this clip of Superfly Johnson exploding because his foot touched a hamburger, they weren't lying.

i wouldn't go out on a night like this for six dollars and sixty cents.

grinch night defined my childhood love of halloween. it's so perfect, from the slow forboding to the manic energy of the inevitable encounter. also wonderful: max's lament of the life decisions that have led him to be the grinch's minion, "i have to go to the euphamism!"

For those of you who care about this sort of thing: Viacom has created The Daily Show archives, allowing free access to all eight years worth of the series.

HOLY SHIT

Socially retarded and mildly autistic man from the west midlands reviews ZX spectrum games on youtube, frequently gets frustrated and calls the game a cunt, and a 'biff'ead'

This man is god

His review of Tapper for the ZX spectrum

He says 'goodbye' at the start of the review and twice at the end

It's what hell looks and sounds like

Ah yes, the Project for the New American Century. Neat piece of agitprop.

Here's a short film by Ruairi Robinson starring Cillian Murphy, called The Silent City. Other neat stuff there too, like Fifty Percent Gray (Someone's bound to think of Team Fortress 2 meets Portal).

I'm just going to post this video again. Watch this guy review Dizzy for the ZX Spectrum! Why this isn't a new internet phenomenon I don't know. The last minute made me laugh until I was out of breath. He gets so angry he has to stop the review.

It's not like an Angry Nintendo Nerd thing, though. this guy is geniunely unhinged. The humour is unintentional. Even if he's reviewing Mario 3 he's shouting 'AAAH Y' DICK'EAD' at the Goombas, every time he makes a dumb-ass mistake a 6 year old wouldn't do.

Also, I can understand him.

Dracko wrote:
Brass Eye is a mini-series spoofing sensationalist news documentaries. It manages to be subtle in its humour while still being utterly confrontational and in-your-face.

It caused a lot of controversy, especially in tabloid press, as it was accused of being immoral, even though its jokes served to highlight how exploitative and manipulative journalism was. Even funnier though, and to further illustrate the point, many of the sketches involved known British celebrities, politicians and other talking heads, who not knowing any better and not bothering to research the subject matter brought up, got shown for the fools they were. Later, of course, they'd claim they were tricked, when it was their fault they wanted some screen time. Memorably enough, one sketch in the Drugs episode led to an MP wanting to pass a bill against it at the House of Parliament, even though the drug never existed. In a sense, the series was essential to satirise the hysteria of modern journalism.

I've found a few full episodes on occasion, so here they are in chronological order: Animals, Drugs, Science, Sex and Decline. I couldn't find it in full, but here's a sketch or two from Crime and the full 2001 Paedophilia Special (Which raised loads of controversy as you might expect) divided in three parts.

Don't worry if you don't recognise the celebrities or politicians; neither do I. The point of their untrustworthiness is made either way. Chris Morris also worked on a similar show called The Day Today a few years beforehand, but I think Brass Eye is better personally.

the Crime episode of Brass Eye has found its way on GoogleVideo, I've found. It's one of my favourites, so highly recommended.

Paedogeddon is also up there in full.
