I'm not entirely sure how to write the most articulate critique of this, so I'll not try -

I fail to see how tabletop D&D is a linear experience, and comparing it to Stormbringer where you can perform more actions in a single turn is a bit like saying Alex Kidd is better that Super Mario Bros because Alex can jump higher.

Shadows over Mystara was a fine game though, to be sure (ends on positive point)
