So, to celebrate the end of our first year teaching in the ludicrous School District of Philadelphia, two of my friends and I are hitting the road for a month this summer, and I thought I might try to stop by and see some of you folks. Plus, due to gas prices and general thrift, we wouldn't mind a place to sleep, if any of you can handle us. We're pretty low maintenance. Floor sleepers, lovely company, and we're willing to go out and buy coffee and bagels for anyone in the morning.

San Francisco is where all three of us need a place to stay. Night of July 4th, and potentially the 3rd as well.

St. Louis and Kansas City both happen about a week later, and that would be just me alone.

pm me if you're awesomely hospitable?

oh, and we'll also be in, at various times, cleveland, chicago, phoenix, la or san diego (we don't know yet), memphis, nashville, and new orleans, before heading to my hometown of atlanta, which is where my trip ends and from where i fly back to philly. we have places to stay already in all of them, but i'm always interested in hanging out.

Shaper, Chicago ended up being a really quick blow-through, and one of my best friends put me up for the ten hours or so I was there. But I liked it!

Hey anybody. Like Wes especially. Can I crash with you on Saturday the 12th in St. Louis? PM me if you want to screen me first. I'll try to check back here in the next couple of days.

You may want to PM Wes, I'm not sure how often he reads this side of the forums.

Also, I totally understand. Things like that happen man.
