There was once a thread on this elsewhere. Does anyone know any really decent utilities for transferring files to an iPod without having to go through the iTunes nonsense? _________________

If you're using Windows, the new WinAmp has iPod support. I think the new Mozilla project, Songbird, does too. |

I use Yamipod. It's a bit slow to load and it's crashed on me a couple times, but it's still easy and unobstrusive. _________________

I've used Ephpod back in the day, which worked pretty well. No crashes. |

I use ephPod for simple things, but I use anaPod for more of the difficult stuff. It's just hard to manage things visually with ephPod for me. _________________ “The average man has a secret desire to be a swaggering, drunken, fighting, raping swashbuckler.”
