Pretty sure I remember there being rain in Ultima VII. Which... might be odd, because I don't remember any from U8.

FFXI had weather, including rain. Same for Anarchy Online, though its weather could be pretty psychedelic (Home). Lord of the Rings: Online, again, rain.

I also want to say there was rain in certain of the older Might and Magic games.
Dungeon Siege, I think - and if not that, then the Lazarus remake of U5 probably did.

Others, not so sure. I know I've got more, but my memory's really spotty. Reeeally spotty.

It might not count, but in this Alan Wake video from last year, 4 minutes in, there's a tornado. It's just a tech demo so I don't know if the game will have much in the way of tornadoes. Hopefully!

Also

Isn't that supposed to be set in the Pacific Northwest? What are they doing with tornadoes out there?

I can't remember the name, but there's this awesome Mario 3 hack that includes thunderstorms, along with random weather and time of day stuff. Good times.

There needs to be a game that can handle - bad culture example but roll with it - as much rain as the end of Matrix Revolutions, just super pretty. I reckon that would be a toughie.

There's rain in some of the cutscenes if I recall correctly.

Who's going to remember the bad games with rain though?

Anyways, I'm having a hard time remembering any outside of the ones mentioned.

the opening battle in final fantasy tactics is one of my favorite in rpgs, and it takes place outside a monestary in the middle of a thunderstorm.

tail of the sun gets showers now and then in its random weather patterns, although i think i'm the only person here that likes that game.

can't believe nobody has said: rhythm tengoku's ghost archery stage!

As list-thready as this is, I will chime in.

Streets of Rage 2, when you come out of the bar in stage 1.

Resident Evil 4, in some of the more atmospheric scenes. Rain + Wind + Fire makes that game look real nice. Also you can see the rain landing on Leon's shoulder and noggin. Cool!

Kid Chameleon, several zones have their own sort of precipitation. Mostly rain, though also hail.

Baldur's Gate

Snow in NWN (Plains of Cania in last expansion) Very pretty.

I can't quite remember if Blade Runner had rain. It damn well should have.

I think Commandos (at least in Commandos 2 and onwards.)

Mechwarrior? I seem to remember precipitation.

The Longest Journey? The sequel does.

Syberia or Syberia 2.

Yes! One of the good parts of the game: harnessing the lightning from the storm raging in the backdrop. It was a treat.
