ok WELL, the ones I spotted that you missed ARE (or I tink are, also I might repeat some of yours by accident):

Crusader: No Remorse (or Regret): the red guy who looks like a star wars reject in the fight cloud thing)
Ugh! (the cavemen in the helicopter)
Starcraft (that thing coming out of the sewer looks like some kind of zerg)
Painkiller (the guy with the stakegun who killed bloodrayne)
Runaway: Road to Adventure (the lad and lass with the briefcase of money)
Command & Conquer (kane, watering the kryptonite (which isnt kryptonite))

EDIT: That block headed chap with the body made of ellipsoids is the guy you control from Ecstatica 2.

There's also a big Russian gaming scene injoke.

Sam and Max aren't actually Sam and Max. The quote says "See, Petka, we've camouflaged ourselves."

The joke is that Vasili Ivanich and Petka are characters from a cult Stalinist era movie about the red army civil war commander Chapaev. This film has been a camp item and the genesis point of many jokes for something like fifty years. These jokes proved popular enough to warrant the making of three old-style adventure games ten years ago for the PC using the Lucasarts adventures as a model.
