Those little flickies guys are the cutest ever. Two thumbs up!

Eggman looks like the guy from Consolevania / Videogaiden.

Yeah, I tried to think of how the robots in Sonic would translate to the real world so I turned them into salarymen and gave them caps with animal ears on the top.

I did a follow-up. I won't link the picture but instead the entry since it has some text (alt and regular) to go with it. It's probably a good idea to read the first one before that for a sense of chronological order.

Man, that is genius. Some serious movie/comic potential here: Sonic vs. The Robotniks.

(I've always thought "Sonic & The Robotniks" would make a neat name for a punk rock band, too.)

I hope you won't mind, but I did a couple of pirates (harveyjames.livejournal.com) which have hats inspired by those sararimen. They're just too cool not to use...

I haven't posted them up yet. I will mention you as the victim of this shamefaced thievery though.

Wowee!

Isn't that just the cover for Castlevania NES?

It's cooler-looking than the original, though. I like the way you draw things like the little flash on the whip-crack.

I still want to see more sararimen though. Did you see the drawings I did that were based on them?

Pumped with excitement by the imminent release of Pokemon Pearl/Diamond, some of my friends and I recently went through a period of drawing our favourate Pokemon. Then we emailed them to Nintendo with messages of joy.

Having looked through the new creatures in Pearl/Diamond, I have declared Sheimi is the new Best Pokemon Ever.

So, like, you all better keep it bumped if you want to see it up here.

Yes it says "Apacalypse," I know it's not terribly clear.

i submit that pac 'n roll is the missing link that unifies pac-man canon re: arms and legs

also, those exclamation marks, they remind me of, how you say...
