I can't see the minimalism of Japanese culture leading to the shit faced drunken culture we have here in Australia, where alcohol consumption is highest in the world (apparently, my Mum tells me).
Then again I've never been to Japan (;__;)

Japan has a pretty shit faced drunken culture.

Reeeeally?

I mean I know the mandatory office parties and such, but I haven't heard of the equivalent of overboard frat parties.

Enlighten me if there are!

Overboard frat parties? Hmm... I don't really know about that.

But it seemed pretty common practice for people to just get... drunk... a lot... like... just when watching TV and stuff... not so much a "party atmosphere" in my experience.

Hmm... I usually use tequila in that, not vodka! The tequila would add a bit more flavor, but yeah... vodka would work fine. All in all, that mix is disgustingly easy to drink and tasty-like-candy for how freaking strong it is.

If you guys decide to not put up the backup onto the new forum, is there any way I can get a copy of it (or just it's contents)? Yeah there were a lot of childish name-calling and bullshiting in the old forum, but there were also a handful of really good disucussions that I never got a chance to read through.

Brandon's not letting go of the database due to privacy issues (technically an admin would be able to go in and get personal information out of the many registered people, possibly leading to identity theft or malicious use of their accounts), but some people are working to make a static archive of the place. It may be complicated and take time, but they're doing something.

Brandon may also be willing to host a hidden and locked archive on insertcredit which we can go to just to look at things. I'm not sure if there were any developments on that.

Prescription drugs are expensive as hell, a pain in the ass to remember to take, and most often have side-effects or no euphoric effect at all. They can be badly prescribed, sure. I sat down with a psychiatrist and explained to him how I was so awesomely tired I could barely make it into University or city center to shop, and then we talked over some drug options and decided on something to boost my neuroadrenaline output (I had until then only tried SRIs on and off over a six year period of my life). I'm still not doing so great in Uni but I am turning up to it more and I'm capable of doing a bit of writing now. I'm still waiting on a therapist, which we also agreed on as being a good idea.

These things are tools. Anyone can misuse or abuse a tool, but that's inherent to the specific user and not the tool.

Red Stripe is poser college kid beer. Drink a man's beer like Guinness but not Guiness.

Red Stripe never agreed with me and it has a lagery quality that sucks.

Is this wrong?

by the way i'm all about orange juice and alcohol. i've seen a lot of brass monkeys around school (drink a 40 till it stops tapering, then fill it to the top with OJ) and had quite a few delicious mimosas in my time.

Does placement of the clitoris head have anything to do with whether they are right or left handed?

It would be bad ass if ambidextrous girls had one on each side.

And Wilkes hasn't replied to any of my Wii messages either. I sent him maybe three or four drunk Wii messages, which is probably one of the most fun things to do.

I have been murderously busy ok. I was in NYC until 3 last night, and I barely slept the night before. I slept right through my alarm/first class today. gleh.

Will the future IC forums use QWERTY or SMS for Wii text entry in drunk posts?

SMS with T9 because the mistakes in word suggestions could lead to some awesome mistakes.
