Man, since I've been experimenting Triple Sec lately, I've recently discovered this stuff works great just swigging it straight from the bottle. I mean, shit 30% alcohol and sweet like candy!

Guys, how is this bottle getting so low so quickly, and why am I feeling so relaxed all of the sudden?

I was not planning to drink tonight but Faithless has inspired me!

Does he hate specific people on ic, or is it just a sort of general feeling he has about the posters?

Honestly, I find it very odd that anyone would put such a clearly handicapped mind in charge of anything they supposedly care about.

He's still trying, swimmy (scroll down a ways into the comments). But as I recall, he's said he doesn't want to do it unless he can get his entire list of persons he wants to recruit on board to make THE PERFECT SITE.

You know, I probably would go to if I umm..had a way to get there? Maybe a train?

It sounds really appealing because it beats sitting around a crowded and smoky bar/club with shitty music and pricey drinks.

If we're gonna be around new people, it'd be nice to know you at least have one thing in common.

Okay guys, I know it's really easy to look at things that way but at least based on everyone I've talked to, that's not how things went down. I've talked on the phone about this with brandon a few times and he's insisted that he was convinced that icy had good intentions and would improve the forums. When I mentioned the chaos that resulted he seemed to be genuinely surprised and expressed regret at making him admin. When I asked him about his problems with the forums it sounded like he was more upset with a handful of particularly vocal people than the vast majority.

That is all I know. You can accuse Brandon of lying or faking it if you want, but I am inclined to believe him. This was just a mistake as a result of poor communication in my book.

Anyway, I can't stop anyone from dwelling on this but I'd rather we all just put it behind us.

Well, aderack has pretty much gone on record as saying the whole situation was good because it culled the herd or some nonsense. He was ok with icy being admin, and he of course knew full well what would happen. He apparently also advised icy to leave the porn up, which I kind of figured.

I believe you. That's why I don't think you guys should handle forums ever again.

Okay this is just ill-informed. I was a moderator at IC but I had no hand in what happened there, was given no notification about icy's appointment, and had no input in the matter. All I did was delete porn and sticky legal step threads, honest. I don't know who you're referring to by "you guys" but I was never a part of the IC staff. If you are grouping me together with brandon, aderack, and tim, you are mistaken.

Sup Persona. I'm doing well. Finally turned on the whole-house climate control today! It's gonna get down to 28 degrees tonight. :( Warm inside, though!

I'm nearly out of the L'Oreal Studio Spooge that I use to get my hair to stay in tidy curls. Gonna have to get some more soon.

Oh, and I've updated The Stotelheim Appreciate Thread to not have that one image that you had seen before.

Some day I intend to hack GTalk to accept AIM accounts so I can talk to you and shaper again. I miss you guys.

In Zelda II you use the select button to cast magic.

Casting LIFE for more heart.

Casting SPELL because it is the magic word.

Casting THUNDER because it is the most powerful spell!

This doesn't sound too terrible provided you are one of those fine people that shower on a regular basis. I'm likely gonna give it an effort to try to get down there in that case. Maybe I can swing some time off at the old job-o since the only train out of this place heads out like at 3AM or some other silly time.

Unless you know of a way to borrow/steal/win a car it's probably best to take the train. Though if you do acquire an auto I am willing to pay half of the gas cost. And maybe a meal and booze...I should start saving.

NOTE: Oh, I see there's a thread about this gathering now. I should probably post anything related to this over there.
