I'm fourteen! I like to read and write, sometimes. I don't like a very wide variety of music. I like to think of myself as reasonably intelligent, though I might just be pulling the wool over my own eyes.

Go see the movie Brick!

Hey Baron Patsy.

I came here as a refugee from IC like a year and a half ago that makes me the coolest.

Hello.

Although all the cool kids are doing it, I can't really say I'm a refugee from IC... I lurked there for two years or so, and only in the last few days finally decided to register. I made perhaps four total posts on IC before the forumsplosion. Kudos to everyone involved in producing TGQ; I've been reading it since issue 2 was new and remain in love.

I'm an undergrad majoring in English, concentrating in new media and pop culture. This basically means I choose classes based on the likelihood that they'll involve opportunities to write or talk about video games. I'm not quite sure what I want to do with my life... maybe architecture.

What else...? I dabble in a lot of different musical pursuits. I met Dongle while waiting in line to buy a Wii. Also I enjoyed Killer 7. That probably about covers it.

I kind already did this a year ago but here goes:

I posted at IC for about two and half years and thought the whole icyclam moderator thing was just a huge thanksgiving joke and ignored the forum for a bit before I noticed it was shut down and everything gone. I've read TGQ since the first issue and have even order one plus buttons which have been on my hat for a while now. I'm currently a business admin undergrad at a small Canadian university. As much as I like reading about video games and playing them, I feel I have little new to contribute to intelligent discourse. Maybe that's why I went to the Axe so much.

So, what was the Axe?

Was it a bunch of spammy people tubgirling each other and repeating the the same schtick over and over?

Balbanes does not understand The Axe.

The Axe was like 2 onions, fused together, and then baked into the middle of a pound cake, you see... okay, so I was trying to come up with a reasonable analogy and then I just gave up.

Maybe wilkes or winker can explain this better...

At the end of a journey
With all that you've seen
Remember some faces
And the places you've been

And then there's a sadness
When you try to describe
How these things could happen
In the passing of time

Oh! Maybe we should do the first name thing then huh?

I'm Carl! Howdy do! I named my protagonist in Gunman's Proof Carl, and have since then been rather more fond of my name then I was before. I used to think it was a pretty ugly name, but now I think I'm alright with it. I don't think I'd ever change it, outside of the whole stotelheim thing.

Anyway! Now it's your turn!

Hi there, I am Mr. Business. I've lurked around here before, and I imagine that most people here probably know me already from Insert Credit.

I hope to be contributing an article to TGQ in the future. It'll probably be the only one that I do write because I can't think of many things worth writing about, and my skills in investigative journalism are usually subpar. I can think of a few others that I'd like to write, but I don't think that I'd get anywhere with them, due to certain barriers that would probably prevent me from partaking of quality research.

I am Australian and ginger.

Some people here might be familiar with my internet drawing abilities though you'll have to figure out just who I am (it's not hard, take not of my grammar).

I am Australian but I have brown hair.

Some people may also be familiar with my internet drawing abilities despite my comic not being updated since I had to devote 6 months of my life to finishing our game project for university.

Oh, this is an astute observation. I would have never noticed!

Oh, Pirates. You must eventually come to some sort of familiar theme to the names you pick amongst the various forums else people will never recognize you.

But the point is to keep you guessing.

Well, I did have a familiar theme previously but I've since deviated from that.

Whenever I get around to saving money and going to the print shop I had it made at. Which might end up being next summer. :/

Maybe I should just put it online.

I'm... digi. Close relatives call me 'Aidan' and everybody else calls me 'hey'.

I like video games a lot! I've surmised this recently by realizing that, though I don't play them very much, or in great quantities, I've never stopped playing or being enthusiastic about them.
I am an LPN Forum'er and was, for what turned out to be a relatively short posting spell, a IC Forum'er. These digs are pretty classy though. That's what video games needs more of I guess. Class.

Spunk and punk is essential too, though.

Hi, I'm Perseus, aka hazylium, known in real life as Hazyl (not pronounced Hazel!). Registered here a couple months back, never got around to posting though I did lurk a whole lot. The razing of IC has compelled me to seek refuge here.

I'm 22, a lapsed adventure gamer of the LucasArts variety, recent computer science graduate and due to an astonishing (to me) recent turn of events, professional game designer (albeit in a university game research facility).

I'm a strange hybrid of console and PC gamer, having alternated between both at different stages of my life. These days, I'm a bit more interested in 'interactive storytelling' than games, though that beast seems to exist only as a dream (or perhaps a delusion) in Chris Crawford's head right now.

I'm probably the only person posting from Singapore, and most definitely the only person here who comes from the Maldives, I bet!
