I think it's always been Bacterian, even back to the first Gradius. You know, when the player's ship was the desperate-sounding 'Warp Rattler' as opposed to the lame-o-riffic 'Vic Viper'. |

what
The Vic Viper is the greatest character in any videogame ever. You can argue with my fist ROOKIE
Also, I can swear the instruction manuals I had said Bacterion. _________________

To settle this argument I looked it up in my Gradius V instruction book. It is most definately Bacterian.

Okay, you win since I don't own Gradius V. _________________

I would! If I had a PS2 to play it on. I do have Gradius III/IV collection and Gradius III for SNES. I consider Gradius III for SNES superior anyways. _________________

My brain hurts. Even if I don't think Gradius V is better than II or Gaiden, it is better than III by a long shot. _________________ “The average man has a secret desire to be a swaggering, drunken, fighting, raping swashbuckler.”

I still like III SNES better than any other game in the series. After it, I say Life Force for the NES, even though it's not a TRUE Gradius game.
WHAT CAN I SAY I'M UNCONVENTIONAL. _________________
